The bid math
If your target ACOS is 35% and your conversion rate is 10%, your ideal bid = (Sale price × Target ACOS × Conversion rate). Bid Manager calculates this for every keyword automatically.

What is a bid?
A bid is how much you're willing to pay per click on your Amazon ad. Higher bids = more visibility, but higher cost. The goal is finding the sweet spot where you pay enough to get clicks, but not so much that your ACOS eats your profit.
What is ACOS?
ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sale) = Ad spend ÷ Ad revenue × 100. If you spend $30 on ads and make $100 in ad-attributed sales, your ACOS is 30%. Lower ACOS = more profitable ads. Bid Manager shows ACOS for every keyword so you can spot the expensive ones.
What does AI suggest?
Bid Manager's AI analyzes each keyword's ACOS, clicks, conversions, and spend history to calculate the optimal bid. If a keyword has high ACOS, AI suggests lowering the bid. If it converts well but gets few impressions, AI suggests raising it. You always make the final call.
What is a negative keyword?
A negative keyword prevents your ad from showing for irrelevant searches. If you sell premium earbuds and people click your ad searching "cheap earbuds" — that's wasted spend. Bid Manager lets you negate keywords in bulk, directly from the table.
