The data controller is niche.ltd, registered and operating in Turkey. As the data controller, niche.ltd is responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing your personal data and ensuring compliance with KVKK and related regulations.

Personal Data Collected
We collect the following categories of personal data: Identity information (full name), contact information (email address, phone number if provided), financial information (payment details processed by our payment provider), account information (username, password hash, subscription plan), usage data (login times, features used, session duration), and technical data (IP address, browser type, device information, cookies).
Additionally, if you connect your Amazon Seller Central account via SP-API, we process your Amazon campaign data, keyword data, and sales metrics solely for the purpose of providing our analytics services to you.
Purpose of Processing
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes in accordance with KVKK Article 5: (a) Performance of a contract — providing our subscription services including KeySpy, ScribeAI, and PPC Analytics; (b) Legitimate interest — improving our platform, detecting fraud, ensuring security; (c) Legal obligation — tax and accounting requirements, responding to legal requests; (d) Explicit consent — sending marketing communications, newsletters, and product updates (you may withdraw consent at any time).
Data Transfer
Your personal data may be transferred to: (a) Cloud hosting providers located within Turkey and/or the EU for data storage and processing; (b) Payment processors for secure transaction handling; (c) Email service providers for communication; (d) Amazon SP-API for data synchronization (only data you explicitly authorize). All data transfers are conducted with appropriate security measures and contractual safeguards as required by KVKK Article 9.
Data Retention
Your personal data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for a period of 3 years after account closure for legal and regulatory compliance. Financial records are retained for 10 years as required by Turkish tax law. Technical logs are automatically deleted after 1 year. Amazon campaign data is deleted within 90 days of account closure or SP-API disconnection.
Your Rights
Under KVKK Article 11, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
To learn whether your personal data is being processed
To request information about data processing activities
To learn the purpose of data processing and whether it is used for its intended purpose
To know the third parties to whom your data is transferred domestically or abroad
To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
To request deletion or destruction of your personal data
To object to adverse results arising from automated data analysis
To claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful data processing

To exercise your rights under KVKK, you may submit your request via email to info@niche.ltd with the subject line "KVKK Başvurusu" (KVKK Application). Your request must include your full name, Turkish ID number (if applicable), email address associated with your niche.ltd account, and a clear description of your request. We will respond to your request within 30 days of receipt, free of charge. If your request requires extensive research, we may extend this period by an additional 30 days with prior notice.
