The Weekly Harvest Process

Keyword harvesting is a weekly ritual for profitable Amazon sellers. Done right, it continuously improves your campaign efficiency.

Step 1: Pull the Search Term Report

Seller Central → Reports → Advertising Reports → Search Term Report. Set date range to last 7–14 days.

Step 2: Filter for Winners

Apply these filters:

  • Clicks ≥ 3 AND Conversions ≥ 1 → Harvest (move to Manual Exact)
  • Clicks ≥ 10 AND Conversions = 0 → Negate (add as Negative Exact)
  • Clicks 4–9 AND Conversions = 0 → Watch (check again next week)

Step 3: Use niche.ltd Keyword Harvest

Upload your Search Term Report CSV. niche.ltd automatically:

  1. Categorizes keywords into Harvest / Negate / Watch
  2. Shows estimated monthly search volume for each term
  3. Suggests bid amounts based on historical ACoS
  4. Exports a ready-to-upload bulk operations file

Step 4: Add to Manual Campaign

Use Amazon's Bulk Operations (Seller Central → Advertising → Bulk Operations) to add harvested keywords at calculated bids without touching the Auto campaign.

Step 5: Negate in Auto

Add harvested keywords as Negative Exact in your Auto campaign. This prevents double-spending on the same keyword across campaigns.
